Sam’s Biography

Samantha has been studying Amatsu intensively since 2013 and recently attained the title Amatsu Orthopath, the highest qualification in the Amatsu Orthopathic Association.  This title is also recognized by the General Regulatory Council for Complementary Therapies in the UK and members of the Amatsu Orthpathic Association are the only members in Ireland who have attained this recognition.

Samantha is dedicated to sharing her knowledge about how the body works as a holistic unit, as a unique individual and one which is part of the surrounding environment.  Everyone’s physical and emotional story is unique to them which makes practicing Amatsu Orthopathy so rewarding and challenging.

Samantha was educated initially in Ireland before attending Millfield School in Somerset.

She holds a BA in Anthropology from Boston University.  Anthropology, the study of human behavior, is the exploration of what it means to be human ranging from the study of culture and social relations, to human biology and evolution, to languages, to music, art, and architecture, and to vestiges of human habitation.

When not being a busy parent, Samantha is a keen tennis player, an avid knitter and a voracious reader.
